The Effect of Strategic Trends on the Success of Business Organizations: A Field Study of Private Banks Working in Amanat Al Asema (Sana’a)

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of the strategic trend on the success of business organizations. To achieve the study objectives and test its hypotheses, the descriptive analytical method was used and a questionnaire was developed for collecting data from the study population amounting to (1571) employees at private banks in Amanat Al Asema. A sample of (300) members was selected by the random probability stratum method, and (293) questionnaires were valid for analysis. SPSS statistical package was used to process the data.  The study results revealed that the banks under study showed great interest in all dimensions of the strategic trend and in achieving success at the level of efficiency and effectiveness. The activities of strategic trend also had a positive impact on the banks’ success. The study recommended the need to benefit from the positive impact of strategic trend at the banks under study to achieve success by increasing the practice of strategic trend activities. This may ensure the increase of the banks’ efficiency and effectiveness as well as success.
