Strategic Planning and Its Impact on the Effectiveness of Administrative Decision-Making in Family Businesses: A Case Study of Hail Saeed Anam Family Business Group – Sana’a

This study aimed to examine the current state of strategic planning implementation and its impact on the effectiveness of administrative decision-making and the degree to which administrative decision criteria and specifications are met at Hayel Saeed Anam and Group of Companies in Sana'a city. To achieve this purpose, the study adopted the case study methodology as the most suitable for the nature of the subject, following an analytical descriptive approach. A questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from a sample of 49 individuals, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results showed that strategic planning supports administrative decisions, with the highest influence attributed to internal and external environmental analysis, followed by strategic objectives, and then strategic vision. However, the organizational mission did not show a statistically significant impact. The study concludes with a set of recommendations, including: the necessity of promoting a strategic planning culture, formulating clear objectives, and reviewing the organizational mission.
