A non-proportional stratified random sample of 192 individuals was selected and the collected data were collected using a structured questionnaire, and the data were processed and analyzed using the SPSS software. The study findings revealed that the studied companies demonstrated a high level of achieving competitive advantage across all its dimensions and also showed a strong commitment to practicing organizational creativity in all its dimensions. Furthermore, the findings indicated a statistically significant positive impact of organizational creativity on achieving competitive advantage in the studied companies. However, the influence of organizational creativity dimensions varied, with originality having the highest impact, followed by analysis and integration, while flexibility had the least impact. Additionally, the study found that the dimensions of fluency and problem-solving had no significant impact on achieving competitive advantage.
